Paevro builds Call Craft, an AI practice environment for sales calls. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it, and how you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.

Paevro is operated by the Paevro team in the United States. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@paevro.com.
US-Only MVP And Eligibility
Paevro is targeted to users in the United States during the MVP. We block signups when billing-country or IP signals indicate the European Union, United Kingdom, or Canada. Paevro is for adults 18 and older.
GDPR-CCPA Posture
Paevro is US-only at MVP: EU, UK, and Canada signups are blocked at signup, while California residents may use the product. We do not sell personal data. You can request access, correction, deletion, or opt out of sale or sharing by emailing privacy@paevro.com or using the in-app Delete action when available. We respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Data We Process
We collect account data such as email address, user ID, authentication/session data, and account status. For Call Craft, we process training-session voice recordings, transcripts, scenario choices, persona choices, generated scoring, and coaching feedback. We also process product interaction events, device and session identifiers, crash or error metadata, correlation IDs, app version, and subscription status from Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive raw payment card numbers.
Recordings And Coaching Data
Call Craft recordings start only after the app presents the recording flow and you consent. We use recordings, transcripts, and derived coaching analytics to run the session, score the practice call, show feedback, improve product quality, debug failures, and honor support or deletion requests. You are responsible for making sure any real-world recording or upload you provide is lawful and that you have any required third-party consent.
AI Processing
Paevro uses OpenAI for active AI voice and coaching workflows. We do not route your data to hidden model providers. Inputs may be redacted before AI processing where the redaction layer is available. We do not permit third-party model providers to use your Paevro content to train their foundation models unless a provider-specific setting is changed and disclosed first. You can email privacy@paevro.com to opt out of Paevro using your recordings or transcripts for product-improvement review.
Analytics And Diagnostics
Paevro uses Pulse as first-party product analytics. Pulse may receive event data such as feature interactions, funnel steps, device or session IDs, app version, timestamps, and non-content metadata. We do not send user legal-page view events to Pulse by default. Server logs and diagnostics may include error metadata, correlation IDs, device/app version, request timing, and scrubbed payload summaries.
Payments
For the iOS MVP, purchases are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment details. Paevro receives purchase history, subscription status, product ID, renewal, refund, and cancellation events needed to provide entitlement and support.
Support And Deletion Requests
If you contact support or privacy@paevro.com, we process the information you provide so we can respond, verify the request, and keep a limited audit trail. Deletion from live systems is designed to happen promptly after confirmation. Copies may remain in disaster-recovery backups until the backup cycle expires.
Security
We use access controls, transport encryption, environment-based secrets, audit logging for admin changes, and limited-purpose vendor access. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the amount of data and access limited to what the product needs.
No Sale Of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising during the MVP.
Changes
We publish the current policy at https://paevro.com/privacy. Material changes create a new immutable policy version with an effective date and admin audit trail.
