These Terms govern your use of Paevro and Call Craft. By creating an account, starting a session, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Paevro is offered to users in the United States during the MVP.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you provide, your login credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

Use Paevro for lawful sales practice and related training. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with the product, abuse rate limits, scrape non-public data, or use Paevro to make employment, credit, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.

Recording And Third-Party Consent

Call Craft may record or transcribe practice sessions. You are responsible for any recording, transcript, or uploaded content you provide and for obtaining any consent required by law from third parties. Do not upload real calls or third-party content unless you have the right to do so.

Free Calls And Subscriptions

Paevro may offer a limited number of free practice calls. Paid iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple controls the payment sheet, renewal mechanics, cancellation flow, taxes, refunds, and payment method handling. You can cancel through your Apple account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.

AI Coaching Disclaimer

Paevro provides generated coaching, scoring, scenarios, and feedback for practice. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your exact situation. It is guidance only and is not legal, employment, financial, professional, or sales-management advice.

Your Content And License To Operate

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant Paevro a limited license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, display, secure, debug, and improve the service using that content, only as needed to operate Paevro and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Paevro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or use the service unlawfully.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paevro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The dispute-resolution clause is intended as an MVP starting point and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Changes

We publish the current Terms at https://paevro.com/terms. Material changes create a new immutable terms version with an effective date and admin audit trail.
